The Regenda Homes online application form is for people who are interested in either the Shared Ownership or Shared Equity schemes. How we choose people
Our aim is to help people who cannot afford to buy their own home.
If there are lots of applicants, we will look at things like:- If you are a first-time buyer
- Your income - as long as the Bank or Building Society will give you a mortgage then we will try to pick the person with the lowest income
- If we sell a home to you, will you be leaving a council house/housing association home for someone else to rent?
- Your present housing circumstances and whether there are any special factors e.g. Medical circumstances
- Your date of application
- If this is a specialist type of accommodation (e.g. Retirement)
Please provide as many answers as possible. All information you provide will be kept confidential.
